What’s wrong with foot spasms?

Foot cramps, also known as cramps, are sudden involuntary tonic contractions of the muscles, resulting in local pain, or unbearable pain, and local stiffness and other symptoms. Cramps in the feet may be caused by the following reasons: 1. Excessive exercise or walking long distances, as well as excessive force, causing local fatigue and inducing foot cramps. 2. The cramps may be triggered by poor local blood circulation and loss of water and salt, resulting in electrolyte disorders.
