Flumazenil Injection Action

Flumazenil injection is used to reverse central sedation and hypnosis caused by benzodiazepines. Flumazenil is a benzodiazepine antagonist, it can competitively inhibit benzodiazepines and receptor binding to block their central effects, clinically used to reverse central sedation and hypnosis caused by benzodiazepines; also used in the differential diagnosis of other benzodiazepines or brain injury caused by unexplained coma. There are some contraindications to the use of flumazenil, which should be emphasized: ① allergic to flumazenil or any other components are prohibited. ② It is prohibited for those who are applying benzodiazepines to control persistent epilepsy or intracranial pressure, and those who have severe antidepressant poisoning. (iii) The safety of the drug for pregnant and lactating women is not known and is not recommended. The use of Flumazenil may cause flushing, nausea, vomiting, anxiety, fear, palpitations and other adverse reactions, patients should be used under the guidance of a professional doctor.
