What’s going on with the gray eye color?

Gray eye color may be related to iris pigmentation, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome and other factors.
1. Iris hyperpigmentation: Iris hyperpigmentation is a kind of eye lesion that occurs when melanocytes in the iris gather to form a tumor-like mass. Most of them are benign lesions, and the melanocytes gathered together can make the eyes turn gray or black.
2. Iridocorneal endothelial syndrome: A subtype of iridocorneal endothelial syndrome, Cogan-Reese syndrome, will present with iris pigmented nodular lesions, iris atrophy, corneal edema and other lesions, which can lead to gray eye color.
If your eyes turn gray in color, go to the hospital and receive professional treatment without delay.
