Use with caution for abdominal pain and diarrhea caused by deficiency cold, and the adverse effects are not clear. 2. Baiduweng Tang: composed of Baiduweng, Cyperus rotundus, Rhizoma Coptidis, Qinpi, it can clear away heat and detoxification, cool blood and stop dysentery (clearing away heat and cooling the blood and eliminating dysentery, etc.), and is mainly used in treating pyrexia dysentery, symptoms include dysentery with pus and blood (diarrhea with pus and blood in feces), stool with reddish red and white color, abdominal pain, acute and severe pain in the back and anus with burning heat, and thirst for drinking water, etc. It is not recommended to be taken for cold dysentery. It is contraindicated in deficiency-cold diarrhea, and the adverse effects are not clear. 3. Zhuche Pill: composed of Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Colla Corii Asini, etc. Its main effect is to clear away heat and dry up dampness, nourish Yin and stop dysentery, treating prolonged dysentery, which is characterized by pus and blood in stool, red and white stools with both sides of the stools, sometimes acting, sometimes stopping, acute and then heavy, abdominal pain (persistent mild abdominal pain), and irritable and hot in the heart (irritable and sultry heat). Dampness-heat, accumulation of stagnation, dysentery at the beginning of dysentery is prohibited, adverse effects are not clear.
