The presence of patchy shadow in the right middle lung suggests the possibility of lung infection, and further high-resolution CT of the chest needs to be given for clarification. If high-resolution CT suggests patchy shadow with changes such as exudation, consider right middle lobe pneumonia. If the patchy shadow is accompanied by polymorphic changes such as nodules, exudation, proliferation, and calcification, the possibility of tuberculosis in the middle lobe of the right lung needs to be alerted. If the right pulmonary plaque shadow is accompanied by central hilar lymph node enlargement, obstructive pneumonia, and obstructive atelectasis, it is also necessary to be alert to the possibility of pulmonary infection caused by central lung cancer, and further fibrinoscopy should be given to microscopically understand whether there is a mass and foreign body obstruction in the lumen. If there is mass formation, percutaneous pulmonary puncture should be performed to investigate the possibility of early-stage lung cancer. The presence of a patchy shadow in the right lung suggests the possibility of infection, but the exact cause of the infection still needs to be further examined to find out if it is caused by a common infection, tuberculosis infection, or even other infections.
