Intramuscular or intravenous epinephrine preferred for resuscitation

Rescue anaphylactic shock preferred intramuscular injection of epinephrine, cardiac arrest preferred static push, cardiogenic shock can choose to dilute the intravenous pumping.
1. Anaphylactic shock: generally intramuscular injection of epinephrine than subcutaneous injection can make the adrenal gland in the blood and tissue concentration is higher, and sedation or intravenous drip is more prone to serious hypertension, ventricular arrhythmia and other cardiovascular adverse reactions, intramuscular injection is relatively safer.
2. Cardiac arrest: cardiac arrest and other situations require immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the drug can be selected to rescue the static push epinephrine.
3. Cardiogenic shock: Cardiogenic shock can be rescued by intravenous pumping of diluted epinephrine.
The use of epinephrine is different in different situations, and the doctor will usually choose the most appropriate treatment according to the condition.
