Slimming waist yoga of waist rotation pose

  Method: Feet shoulder-width apart, fingers interlocked. Inhale, turn your palms in front of your chest and stretch your arms upward; exhale, bend forward and downward from the waist until your waist and back and arms are parallel to the ground. Exhale, arms lead the spine to twist 90 degrees horizontally to the right. Inhale, resume square; exhale, reverse direction, same thing. Repeat for 4 to 6 sets.  Effect: Promote intestinal peristalsis and consume excess fat from the side waist.
