Staging of invasive lung adenocarcinoma

Invasive lung adenocarcinoma is one of the pathological types of lung adenocarcinoma, which refers to the gradual infiltration of the tumor into the surrounding tissues in the process of tumor transformation, and it can be divided into early stage and middle-late stage according to the degree of infiltration. Early infiltrative lung adenocarcinoma means that the infiltration range of cancerous tissue is relatively limited and has not spread and metastasized to the surrounding tissues, therefore, relatively speaking, early infiltrative lung adenocarcinoma is in a milder condition, and the cure effect is remarkable after treatment. Intermediate and late-stage invasive lung adenocarcinoma refers to the cancer cells spreading or metastasizing to the surrounding tissues, such as lymphatic metastasis, bone metastasis, brain metastasis, etc., and its infiltration range is wider, and usually the cancer cells break through the structure of epithelial basement membrane, which makes the treatment of the disease difficult to a certain extent, and its cure rate will be reduced. Infiltrating lung adenocarcinoma staging and middle and late stage, depending on the type of cancer tumor as well as the staging, the destructiveness is also different.
