When there is a cavity on the incisor, you can use low-speed ball drill to slowly remove the decayed tooth tissue, try to preserve the labial structure, without grinding too much tooth tissue, use composite resin with similar color to the tooth to repair, use silicone mold head to polish the surface of the filling to avoid pigmentation. If the cavity is deep and close to the pulp, it must be cushioned with calcium hydroxide before filling. If the cavity has caused bacterial infection in the pulp, the pulp needs to be removed under local anesthesia to complete the root canal treatment, and it is better to make an all-ceramic crown restoration to avoid fracture of the incisor.
