The treatment of tremor caused by cerebellar lesions includes medication, surgery and rehabilitation. Cerebellar injury can lead to random movement disorder and intentional tremor, i.e., the tremor that occurs during movement when the limbs are purposefully approaching a certain target, and the closer the target is, the more pronounced the tremor is. Due to different causes of cerebellar injury, the treatment methods are also different. 1. Drug treatment: If cerebellar infarction is caused by cerebellar infarction, aspirin, atorvastatin, butylphthalide, edaravone and other drugs such as antiplatelet aggregation, stabilization of plaques, improvement of circulation, scavenging of free radicals and other drugs are given to treat the disease; if autoimmune encephalitis is caused by cerebellar infarction, immunoglobulin or hormone treatment is given to treat the disease, and so on. 2. Surgical treatment: for the tremor caused by cerebellar tumor, local tumor resection surgery is needed; for cerebellar abscess, incision and drainage of abscess is needed. 3. Symptomatic treatment: such as limb coordination function rehabilitation exercise, acupuncture treatment, physical therapy and so on. When cerebellar lesion limb trembling occurs, it is necessary to consult a doctor as soon as possible, and treat it as soon as possible after clarifying the cause of the disease, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
