The normal dosage of Tongzhao is 3 to 5 grams per dose. Tong Cao has a sweet, light flavor and is slightly cold. It belongs to the lung and stomach meridians. It has the efficacy of diuretic and diuretic, and passes qi to lower breast milk. Tongcao is mostly used in the treatment of gonorrhea (increased frequency of urination, dribbling and astringent pain), edema, postpartum lactation and other conditions.
