Renal malformation tumor and kidney stone can be operated together. When the tumor diameter is larger than 4cm or there are symptoms such as pain, rupture and bleeding, timely surgery is needed; when the stone is smaller than 2.5cm, soft mirror lithotripsy is the mainstay, and when it is larger than 2.5cm, percutaneous nephrolithotripsy is the mainstay. 1. Malrotation tumor: if the malrotation tumor does not cause serious pain or bleeding, but the diameter of the tumor is larger than 4cm, it is recommended that the patient can undergo elective urological surgery for excision treatment; if the malrotation tumor causes pain, rupture and bleeding, regardless of the diameter of the malrotation tumor and the location of the malrotation tumor, the patient should be timely surgical treatment. 2. Kidney stone: when kidney stone is less than 2.5cm, ureteral flexible mirror lithotripsy treatment can be chosen, which sends ureteral flexible mirror from urethra to kidney, and under the lens, laser is used to pulverize kidney stone; when stone is bigger than 2.5cm, percutaneous nephrolithotripsy lithotripsy can be chosen, and attention should be paid to avoid damaging tissues in constructing the channel. Renal stromal tumors and kidney stones can be operated together, specifically recommended that patients go to regular hospitals to see a professional doctor for surgery.
