Patients with ventricular wall tumors causing ventricular tachycardia are not recommended to have pacemakers, and treatment of the primary disease is the main focus. Ventricular wall tumor is a disease secondary to acute infarction, which is a pathological change of myocardial cell necrosis, and can cause ventricular tachycardia. When three or more ectopic pacing occurs in the myocardial conduction system, it is called ventricular tachycardia, and ventricular tachycardia often occurs in the patients with organic heart disease, such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, mitral valve prolapse and so on, and ventricular tumor can cause ventricular tachycardia as well. Ventricular wall tumor is mainly treated by drugs and surgery. Oral nitroglycerin tablets, such as metoprolol tartrate tablets, can be taken to relieve myocardial ischemia symptoms and improve ventricular tachycardia. Ventricular wall tumor can also be removed by surgery to reduce the volume of heart chambers and the tension of ventricular wall to reduce the symptoms of ventricular tachycardia, and installation of pacemaker is not recommended. Ventricular tachycardia caused by ventricular wall tumor should be checked regularly in the hospital.
