Women with white stuff in their urine are advised to go to the hospital for further examination to clarify the possible causes: 1. Salt urine or crystalluria, which is usually not accompanied by any symptoms of urinary discomfort, usually occurs in cold weather. Because of the increased salt content in the urine, white crystals or precipitates are formed when the urine is cold. When the urine is left to settle, the urine is stratified, with the upper layer being clear urine and the lower layer being crystalline material. If the urine is heated, the crystals will disappear immediately, and a urine sediment test will be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
