For the bile crystals mentioned by the patient, it is mostly considered that the patient’s upper abdominal ultrasound suggests that the patient’s bile is thick and stagnant in the gallbladder and cholesterol precipitates to form crystals. The most likely component of the crystals is the formation of cholesterol crystals later. Some patients may also see gallbladder polyps and stones in the gallbladder. In this case, patients need to actively consider taking Ursodeoxycholic acid capsules, which are imported, for about 2-3 months to continue observation and see the effect of the drug after the patient takes it. After two months of taking the medication, the patient should have a follow-up ultrasound of the upper abdomen to see if the crystals in the gallbladder have disappeared or become smaller, and if there is a possibility of further polyps in the gallbladder or stones in the bile duct. If the patient has a combination of gallbladder polyps and gallbladder stones, laparoscopic cholecystectomy should be actively considered. After the surgery, the gallbladder will be sent to the pathology department for further staining and biopsy to determine whether there are other lesions in the gallbladder. Patients should be careful to eat less cholesterol-rich foods in their normal diet.
