Ingredients of Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang

The ingredients of Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang include Poria, Gui Zhi, Atractylodes Macrocephalae, and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis. Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang is a traditional Chinese medicine formula from “The Essentials of the Golden Chamber”, which is an expectorant of dampness and has the effects of strengthening the spleen, inducing dampness and warming yang to resolve phlegm-drinking (the formation of phlegm-drinking (a pathological product of impaired metabolism of water and liquids)).
