It is used in treating exogenous diseases, with symptoms such as cold and heat (the body is hot and cold at the same time), bitter and fullness in the chest (the front and sides of the chest feel distended and uncomfortable), loss of appetite, upset and nausea, and bitter and dry mouth and pharynx. It is not advisable to take tonic Chinese medicines at the same time.
