Ectopic pregnancy drug treatment process

Ectopic pregnancy medication is the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, which requires hospitalization first. After hospitalization, we will check liver function, kidney function, routine blood, urine, electrocardiogram, chorionic gonadotropin in blood, and ultrasound to understand the situation of ectopic pregnancy, and if it is suitable for conservative treatment, there is no problem in the examination at this time, then we can apply medication. First, try methotrexate intramuscularly and mifepristone orally. Generally, on the 4th day after the medication, check the chorionic gonadotropin, which can be used as a base value, and then on the 7th day, insert the height of chorionic gonadotropin in the blood. If it drops by 15%, it means that the drug is effective. If it does not drop by more than 15%, it is necessary to use methotrexate again, that is, to inject it intramuscularly again with 2/3 of the original dose, and then check the blood after 3 days. If the blood can drop by more than 15%, it means it is effective, so pay close attention to observe it.
