At this time, if exercise, many are prone to cardiovascular accidents (myocardial infarction, stroke), especially in the fall and winter. And research studies have found that about 40% of myocardial infarction and 29% of sudden cardiac death occur in the early morning hours, the incidence of stroke at this time is 3 to 4 times higher than at other times, and the relative risk of carotid atherosclerosis in patients increases 5 times.  In general, early morning blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg is safe. In order to avoid the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events in the morning, the following matters need to be noted: 1. Adjust the type, quantity and time of taking antihypertensive drugs when necessary according to the fluctuation of blood pressure.  For example, take antihypertensive drugs before going to bed the night before; or take long-acting antihypertensive drugs.  2.After waking up in the morning, pay attention to get up slowly, first lie in bed for 2 minutes, then sit and stand for 2 minutes, then sit on the edge of the bed for about 1 minute, and finally stand up and move around.
