Pregnant women can determine whether they have an intrauterine infection from the perspectives of symptoms, signs and auxiliary examinations.
1. Symptoms: If there is an intrauterine infection, there may be fever, abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge or even vaginal bleeding.
2. Signs: If there is an intrauterine infection, there may be obvious lower abdominal pain when pressing on the uterus.
3. Auxiliary examination: When the pregnant woman has intrauterine infection, the blood routine, C-reactive protein, blood sedimentation and so on will have abnormalities, such as elevated leukocytes, elevated C-reactive protein, accelerated blood sedimentation and so on.
If a pregnant woman has uncomfortable symptoms and suspects that she has an intrauterine infection, she needs to go to the hospital as soon as possible to complete the relevant examinations and take treatment as soon as possible according to the doctor’s instructions to prevent affecting the health of the fetus.
