Ephebophilia almost never seeks actual sex with the victim and generally does not involve physical contact, rape or other aggressive behaviour, which is usually reflected in actions or dressing up.
There is a horror-impulsive type of exhibitionism, where patients with unstable personalities and hypersensitive defence mechanisms are prone to repeat offending and can develop voyeuristic and transvestite tendencies, but like most transvestites, this group only serves to frighten the other person to the point of causing sexual arousal, and many have difficulty getting an erection or achieving regular intercourse.
