Do women or men have more exhibitionism?

There are far more men than women who suffer from exhibitionism, making up the vast majority.
The main characteristic of exhibitionism is the sudden exposure of genital organs in the presence of the opposite sex for sexual gratification. Based on environmental and socio-cultural influences and the biological basis of both sexes, women have a much more difficult time exposing their sexual organs and have a clearer sense of morality regarding social order and sexuality and are less likely to develop exhibitionism.
