Clinical examination of hyperintense reverse rhinitis

Overexposed reverse rhinitis, also known as vasomotor rhinitis, can be divided into three clinical types. Physical response type Some patients often produce specific nasal response to certain rational stimuli. For example, every exposure to cold air, sudden temperature changes, humidity, etc., will produce episodes of sneezing, accompanied by a large amount of watery nasal discharge. The patient can often clearly state the cause of the attack. This type may also be a reverse hypertonic rhinitis. Vasomotor rhinitis (vasomotor rhinitis) is a hyperresponsive rhinitis caused by an imbalance in neuroendocrine regulation of the vascular and glandular functions of the nasal mucosa. The pathologic mechanism of this disease is complex and many aspects of the disease are still not well understood, which makes the exact clinical diagnosis and effective treatment difficult. There is no significant gender difference in the incidence of the disease, and vasomotor rhinitis rarely occurs in children. Clinical examination of overreactive rhinitis: 1. Nasal congestion Symptoms are mainly nasal congestion, mostly intermittent. Some patients have severe nasal congestion in the morning, which is alleviated or disappears during the day. Some patients are also aggravated every night, often accompanied by alternating nasal congestion with changes in body position. If polypoid changes or nasal polyps occur in the nasal mucosa, there may be different degrees of persistent nasal congestion. Sneezing occurs from time to time, but to a lesser extent. After sneezing, the nose may be relieved for a short period of time. Patients are often unusually sensitive to changes in climate and environmental temperature. Nasal overflow with increased watery nasal mucus as the main symptom, mostly accompanied by episodes of sneezing. The onset of the disease is often for several days in a row, every day to wash several handkerchiefs or consume a lot of handkerchiefs. After a certain interval, the onset of the disease may occur again under the influence of some triggers. This type is more common in women between 20 and 40 years old, and the mental type is unstable. 3.Other Symptoms There are also symptoms such as decreased sense of smell and dizziness caused by continuous swelling and congestion and edema of the mucous membrane.
