Lumbar disk herniation intervertebral foraminoscopic technique

Our department has completed more than 3,000 cases of intervertebral foramenoscopy technique, and the development and maturity of this technique is leading in the province and even in China. Indications include: (1) Inclusive, prolapsed, cephalad and caudal free, intolerant to surgery (anesthesia), cauda equina syndrome, postoperative recurrence (L1-2 or above) of herniated discs. (2) Patients with single-segment spinal stenosis excluding lumbar instability. Advantages: ① 8mm small incision, beautiful and eliminate the fear of the majority of patients, but more importantly, does not destroy the normal physiological structure, no scars, adhesions, etc. caused by the patient’s intractable lumbar pain and lower limb pain; ② low cost, the overall cost of only about half of the open surgery; ③ small risk, the incidence of nerve damage and other risks less than one in 1,000; ④ postoperative steel plate and other built-in material to stay, does not affect the patient’s postoperative lumbar physiological function and stability; ③ small risk, nerve injury and other risk of less than one in 1,000; ④ postoperative steel plate and other built-in material, does not affect the patient’s post-operative ⑤Fast recovery: get down from bed 3 days after the operation to meet the needs of daily life, and resume part of the work 2 weeks after the operation.
