Early stage of breast cancer usually has no obvious symptoms, there may be breast lumps, nipple overflow, skin changes, enlarged lymph nodes. Early symptoms of breast cancer are relatively hidden and easy to be neglected.
1. Breast lumps: the lumps are hard in texture but poor in mobility, small tumors have clear boundaries while large tumors have not very clear boundaries, no pain when pressed, and there is no inflammation on the skin surface such as redness, swelling and fever.
2. Nipple discharge: the nipple oozes flesh-washing liquid, even bloody liquid and white pus.
3. Skin changes: there are typical changes in the skin, such as dimple sign, orange peel sign and skin satellite nodules.
4. Enlarged lymph nodes: enlarged lymph nodes are often found in the axilla of the same side, which are hard and scattered.
Early symptoms of breast cancer are insidious and usually have no obvious symptoms, and are usually detected through physical examination or screening.
