Diagnostic criteria for abdominal migraine

  Diagnostic criteria for abdominal migraine (International Classification and Diagnosis of Headache, 3rd edition): A. At least 5 attacks meeting criteria B-D B. Abdominal pain meeting 2 of the following 3 characteristics: 1. located in the midline, around the umbilicus or difficult to locate 2. dull or indistinct in nature 3. moderately severe C. at least 2 of the following during abdominal pain: 1. loss of appetite, 2. nausea 3. vomiting, 4. pallor D. abdominal pain lasting 2 to 72 hours (not treatment or unsuccessful treatment) E. Intermittent period completely asymptomatic
