The efficacy of mulberry berries and ginseng in water

Mulberry Chinese wolfberry ginseng infusion has the effect of nourishing yin and tonifying blood, nourishing the liver and brightening the eyes, clearing heat and generating fluids. However, the effect of soaking water is limited, generally not up to the therapeutic effect.
Mulberry: has the effect of nourishing yin and tonifying blood, generating fluids and moistening the intestines. The main treatment of dizziness and tinnitus, premature whitening of hair, blood deficiency and menstrual closure, thirst, internal heat and thirst, intestinal dryness and constipation.
Lycium barbarum: has the effect of tonifying the kidney and benefiting the essence, nourishing the liver and brightening the eyes. The main treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency, lumbar and knee weakness, dizziness, vision loss, thirst, spermatorrhea. Caution should be exercised if there is deficiency of the spleen and loose stools (thin and unformed feces).
Radix Panax Ginseng: It is effective in tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin, clearing heat and generating body fluid. It is used in treating deficiency of qi and yin, deficiency of heat and fatigue, coughing, wheezing, phlegm and blood, internal heat and thirst (internal heat accompanied by excessive eating, drinking and urinating), and dry mouth and throat. It should not be used with veratrum.
Note that the effective dosage of mulberry wolfberry and ginseng in water is limited and generally cannot achieve a therapeutic effect; mulberry wolfberry and ginseng in water is recommended to be discontinued promptly if there is any discomfort after drinking, and to seek medical advice promptly.
