Tinnitus can eat crayfish

Patients with tinnitus can usually eat crayfish if they are not allergic to fish and shrimp; fried and spicy crayfish are not recommended. There are many causes of tinnitus in patients, such as work stress, lack of sleep, otitis media, Meniere’s disease, cerumen embolism, cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal, otosclerosis and so on. Usually tinnitus is not directly related to diet, so patients can eat crayfish on a daily basis to replenish the body with protein, trace elements and other nutrients, as well as to provide energy for the body. For tinnitus patients, try to choose to steamed crayfish, avoid the intake of deep-fried, wine-made and spicy crayfish. It is recommended that tinnitus early medical examination, in order to identify the cause of the disease and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment. Daily attention to avoid the noise environment, regular work and rest, avoid staying up late.
