Severe stomach pain two months after cesarean section may be related to factors such as stomach cramps or acute gastritis. The severe stomach pain needs to be further analyzed in relation to the patient’s own usual health condition. If the patient had chronic gastritis in the past and is now experiencing severe stomach pain, further gastroscopy is needed to find out if there is a gastric ulcer or other types of gastric pathology; if the patient has no gastritis in the past and is suddenly experiencing severe stomach pain, further exclusion of the presence of stomach cramps is needed. Two months after the cesarean section of the stomach pain, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital, a clear diagnosis, and then follow the doctor’s instructions to give symptomatic treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
