Nasopharyngeal cancer in ultra-early stage usually has no obvious symptoms or signs. Some patients may consult the doctor for the first time because of symptoms such as nosebleed, ear and nose discomfort, headache, enlarged lymph nodes, etc. However, when these symptoms appear, it is usually no longer in the ultra-early stage. 1. Bleeding: It is manifested as nosebleeds and blood in retracted sputum. There are also small blood clots in the nasal mucus. 2. Ear and nose discomfort: nose discomfort is often manifested as nasal congestion, and at the initial stage, one side of the nose is mostly congested; ear discomfort can be manifested as tinnitus, stuffiness in the ears, a sense of blockage, and hearing loss. 3. Headache: more than 50% of nasopharyngeal cancer patients will have headache. 4. Enlarged lymph nodes: patients may show enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, and some are accompanied by lymph node pain, which suggests that lymph node metastasis is likely to have occurred. If there is any discomfort in the body, patients should actively consult the doctor, complete the examination, make a clear diagnosis, and standardize the treatment under the guidance of the doctor, so as to avoid adverse consequences.
