What is the survival of lung neuroendocrine carcinoma that has metastasized?

Survival period of lung neuroendocrine cancer with lymphatic metastasis is 1~2 years, while survival period of patients with distal metastasis is only about 6 months, depending on patients’ specific physical condition and treatment. 1. If lung neuroendocrine cancer only has peripheral lymph node metastasis, it belongs to intermediate stage, and patients can survive for 1~2 years with timely surgery, radiotherapy and other treatments, and some of the patients even have longer survival period. 2. Lung neuroendocrine carcinoma with distal lymph node and distal organ metastasis is in advanced stage, which is more difficult to treat and has lower cure rate, and most of the patients can only survive for about 6 months, and some of them can only survive for 1~2 months.
