Skin cancer metastasis symptoms are different depending on the site of metastasis. Digestive tract metastasis: tumor cells will destroy the normal function of digestive tract, causing abdominal distension, abdominal pain, vomiting, digestive tract obstruction, dyspepsia, emaciation, blood in stool and other manifestations. Intracranial metastasis: tumor cells metastasize to the nervous system and form tumor metastases, which compress the adjacent nerves and soft tissues, secondary to the damage of related nerve functions, blurred vision, facial paralysis, impaired hearing and so on. When the metastatic foci gradually increase in size, dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting and other manifestations may occur, and in severe cases, coma and fainting may occur. Others: after tumor cells metastasize to liver, symptoms such as epigastric discomfort and jaundice may appear; after metastasizing to bone tissues, local bone and joint pains and hematopoietic disorder of bone marrow tissues may appear. When skin cancer patients have corresponding symptoms, they should be alert to the possibility of tumor metastasis and are recommended to go to regular hospitals as soon as possible and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of specialists, so as to prevent aggravation of metastasis.
