In order to standardize breast imaging reports (ultrasound, mammography, MRI) and reduce subjective factors, the same criteria are used to assess the risk of breast cancer on breast imaging. Grades 0-6: Grade 0: further evaluation by other imaging is needed; Grade 1: negative; Grade 2: benign finding; Grade 3: possibly benign finding, short-term follow-up is recommended; Grade 4: suspicious abnormality, biopsy should be considered; (4A: malignancy may be 10%, 4B: malignancy may be 20%, 4C: malignancy may be 30-50%); Grade 5: highly suspicious malignancy, appropriate clinical measures should be taken; Grade 6. Clinically confirmed malignancy.
