A woman’s vaginal discharge of white objects may be normal leukorrhea produced in the vagina, or it may be an abnormal discharge produced by the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria in the vagina. For women with cervical inflammation, it may be inflammatory leucorrhea due to inflammatory irritation. If a woman has not had sex and has vulvar itching discomfort, if she has white objects only before the onset of menstruation, it is considered to be normal vaginal discharge produced by estrogen and progesterone stimulation, which basically occurs in every woman. If a woman has had sex and has leucorrhea like bean curd, along with severe itching and tingling in the vulva, it is considered to be mycosis vaginalis due to the dysbiosis of the vaginal flora and the proliferation of mycobacteria, which requires vaginal medication with clotrimazole suppositories.
