Right lung upper lobe and middle lung pleural nodule refers to the rounded high-density shadow that can be seen in the right lung upper lobe and middle lung pleura during the imaging examination. Nodules are usually caused by infections, tuberculosis, tumors, etc., which lead to the formation of local inflammatory reactions and foci, resulting in a difference between the local tissue density and the normal lung tissue density, and showing a density shadow different from the normal pleural tissue density on imaging. Generally, it is necessary to observe the changes of the nodules after empirical anti-infective or anti-tuberculosis treatment. If the nodules shrink or do not continue to grow, they can be followed up for observation; if the nodules grow rapidly or have a tendency of malignant transformation, further examination, such as pathological biopsy, should be carried out in time to clarify the nature of the pleural nodules of the right upper lobe and middle lobe of the right lung and to formulate the next step of the planning program. Patients with pleural nodules in the upper and middle lobes of the right lung should go to the hospital in a timely manner to complete the examination and give targeted treatment after clarifying the cause of the disease.
