The frequency of mouth-to-mouth blowing, according to the current recommendations of the latest cardiopulmonary resuscitation operating guidelines, whether it is an adult, a child or an infant, if in the case of single-person cardiopulmonary resuscitation, is based on the ratio of compression to ventilation 30:2, for every 30 chest compressions, 2 artificial respiration, and so on, alternately; for newborns, it is based on the ratio of 3:1. If the patient is considered to be caused by cardiac origin, the ratio of compression to ventilation is 15:2. If the patient’s color and lips change from pale and blue to red; spontaneous respiration and pulse are restored; the eyes move, the hands and feet twitch, and the patient moans, then it is suggested that the resuscitation is successful.
