Fine liver parenchymal echogenicity generally refers to excess fat in the liver and may indicate the presence of fatty liver and hepatitis. Liver parenchymal echogenicity is an abnormal imaging phenomenon in liver ultrasound. If the patient has a fatty liver, this excess of fat is present and is usually accompanied by an enlarged liver. Some patients with fatty liver do not have clinical manifestations, and it is usually found during physical examination, which can be basically cured through appropriate life adjustments and active treatment. In addition to fatty liver, some patients with hepatitis will also have fine echogenicity of liver parenchyma during liver ultrasound. However, in general, a single test result cannot confirm the diagnosis of the disease, and other tests are needed to clarify. It is recommended that patients combine their symptoms with their doctors to confirm the diagnosis. After diagnosis, treatment should be carried out actively to avoid worsening of symptoms and adverse effects.
