Urinary rash fast fading methods are drug treatment and general treatment.
1. Drug treatment: commonly used drugs are steroidal steroid topical drugs, zinc oxide cream, miconazole nitrate cream and so on.
(1) Steroids topical drugs: such as tretinoin econazole, used for anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic, to prevent further aggravation of the child’s skin damage.
(2) Zinc oxide cream: used to reduce the inflammatory response, moisturize the skin and keep the wound dry.

2. General treatment: parents should take good care of infants, change wet diapers or diapers with poop diligently so as not to irritate the children’s skin; keep the infants’ skin dry; give the children to wear suitable diapers or diapers; and develop the habit of washing the infants’ butts every day.
