Diclofenac sodium is mainly contraindicated in people who are allergic to the product; people who take aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs causing asthma, urticaria or other allergic reactions; people who undergo coronary artery bypass grafting surgery; people who have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after applying non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; people who have active gastrointestinal tract ulcers/blooding or people who have had recurring ulcers/blooding in the past; people with severe heart failure.
Diclofenac sodium is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is mainly used to relieve the symptoms of joint swelling and pain in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, gouty arthritis, etc.; to treat non-articular rheumatic pain in various soft tissues, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, etc.; acute mild and moderate pain and fever in adults and children.
Diclofenac sodium can cause nausea, vomiting, peptic ulcers, bleeding, elevated transaminases, rash and other adverse reactions. Avoid combining this drug with other NSAIDs, including selective COX-2 inhibitors.
