Swelling under the eyelids may be related to drinking too much water before going to bed, kidney disease, blepharocysts and other reasons.

3. Blepharophalangeal cyst: It is mainly because the opening of the blepharophalangeal gland is blocked, so that the secretion accumulates in the blepharophalangeal gland and cannot be discharged, and the inflammation is caused by the stimulation of the surrounding tissues. Due to the stimulation of inflammation, patients may experience localized redness, swelling, pain, cysts and other symptoms, which may appear swollen under the eyelids.
