Thoracic spine T12 fracture several levels of disability

In clinical practice, patients experience thoracic spine fractures, the onset of which, are caused by external forces. If a patient has a simple compression fracture of the 12 thoracic vertebrae at one degree, the patient has no symptoms of neurological compression. In the disability assessment, it can be assessed as a 10-level disability. If the patient has a 12-segment compression fracture of the thoracic spine and there are symptoms of nerve compression in the lower extremities, such as loss of skin sensation and loss of muscle strength in the lower extremities, the patient can be assessed as having a Grade 9 disability when the disability is assessed. If a patient has a 3rd degree compression fracture of the thoracic spine, and the patient has impaired muscle movement and sensation in both lower extremities, and has abnormalities in the second stool, and after proper treatment, there are still sequelae, the disability can be assessed as grade 8 disability. In the specific disability assessment, or should be based on the national disability assessment standards.
