If walking is difficult after lung cancer bone metastasis, analgesic drug treatment, systemic chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, local radiotherapy and other methods can be used. 1. Analgesic drug treatment, according to the different pain degree caused by lung cancer bone metastasis, choose opioid or non-opioid analgesic drugs, commonly used drugs include morphine, oxycodone delayed-release tablets or immediate-release tablets, tramadol, celecoxib and so on. 2. Targeted drug therapy, according to the different mutated genes of patients, corresponding drugs will be chosen, for example, EGFR gene mutation, gefitinib, ectinib, ositinib and so on. 4. Immunologic drugs, for patients with positive immune expression, choose immunologic drugs such as PD-1 or PDL-1 to be used in combination with chemotherapy. 5. Radiotherapy is mainly a localized treatment for bone metastases, which can relieve pain and improve walking difficulty.
