What is the clitoris

Compared to men, women’s physical organs can be extremely complex, and sometimes even women themselves cannot distinguish each part of themselves very well. For women, the clitoris is a very familiar organ, but also an amazing one, as it is the only organ on a woman’s body that exists only for sexual pleasure. The clitoris, also known as the nub or pussy bean, is one of the smallest organs in a woman’s body. Many people think that the clitoris is just a pea-sized tissue on the surface. But this is not true. The clitoris can actually be divided into two parts: the inner and outer parts. It consists of the clitoral head, the clitoral body, the two clitoral feet, the clitoral foreskin and the vestibular bulb. The size of the clitoral head ranges from 3 to 10 mm, with an average of 5.5 mm. The length of the clitoral body ranges from 5 to 7 cm. If measured together with the clitoral foot, the total length is 10 cm or more. Below the head of the clitoris is attached a clitoral tether, which is an extension of the labia minora on both sides and is closely intertwined with all the pelvic structures surrounding it. The clitoris also changes as our body changes, at the end of puberty it is 1.8 times the size it was at birth, by the age of 32 it grows to 4 times and after menopause up to 7 times the size it was at birth. And we are not justified in saying that the clitoris is the only organ that exists solely for sexual pleasure. According to research, 89% of female orgasms come from clitoral stimulation, whether it’s through the clitoris itself or through others who stimulate it, which can lead to sexual arousal and orgasm. The clitoris has nothing to do with reproduction and its only function is to bring sexual pleasure to women. There are about 8,000 nerve endings on the clitoris, and the density of nerve endings is 6 to 10 times higher than that of the male glans, making it the most sensitive tissue on a woman’s body. This is because the clitoris has the same tissue as the spongy body of the male penis, so when sexual excitement is high, there will be an erection, and the clitoral foreskin is very similar to the penile foreskin, as both cover the head of the organ. However, for men, it is difficult to achieve orgasm without stimulating the penis. The female body is like a rose, hiding many sensitive and beautiful secrets, which we still need to slowly understand, and women themselves better understand themselves to be able to better protect themselves, but also to bring more pleasure.
