Treatment and care of eczema

The vast majority of eczema can be cured, but the root cause is more difficult. The eczema treatment needs to be individualized, and it is often not possible to look at eczema just once, and the medication needs to be adjusted as the rash changes during the treatment process. So be patient and take your time with your doctor to treat your eczema. Patients need to recognize that they are the main aspect of the conflict and not rely entirely on the doctor, who can only help you get back to normal with medication. Patients with eczema have to refrain from scratching. Excessive scratching will only lead to the production and release of more inflammatory mediators in the lesion area, which will aggravate the condition. Patients need to be strong-willed to break the vicious cycle of itching-scratching-itching in order to do so. When the itching is unbearable, the appropriate application of some topical medication, or cold wet compress compresses, will help to relieve the itching. Skin care for eczema patients is important. Reducing bathing and applying emollient creams and moisturizers are very helpful in the treatment of eczema. Eat less or no allergy-prone and irritating foods, such as seafood, coffee, chili, and wine. Underwear and underwear should be cotton, and those who are allergic to animal fur should avoid wearing woolen clothing. Sensitive people should reduce or avoid contact with common allergens such as dust, dust mites, pollen and pet fur in the environment, and prohibit hair dyeing. Indoor temperature should not be too high, avoid overheating and sweating. Intrinsic factors such as chronic digestive diseases, mental stress, insomnia, overwork, emotional changes and other mental factors. Metabolic disorders, endocrine dysfunction, etc. can produce or aggravate the condition of eczema. Attention should be paid to finding and avoiding them. A combination of Chinese and Western medicine may be better for eczema. Choose carefully the doctor who can help you, adhere to the treatment, and wish you a speedy recovery!
