Colon cancer does not necessarily have three signs. Patients may have no obvious signs, or they may have symptoms such as change in bowel habit and fecal character, abdominal pain, abdominal mass, intestinal obstruction and so on.
1. Changes in bowel habit and fecal character: there may be symptoms such as increased frequency of bowel movement, constipation or unexplained diarrhea, feces with blood or mucus.
2. Abdominal pain: vague and imprecise pain in the abdomen, or only symptoms of bloating and abdominal discomfort.
3. Abdominal mass: tumors may cause abdominal masses, but they may also be caused by obstruction resulting in stool accumulation.
4. Intestinal obstruction: It may cause symptoms such as abdominal distension, constipation, abdominal pain, and cessation of bowel movement and defecation.
In addition, systemic symptoms such as anemia, emaciation, fatigue and low fever may appear.
When there are suspected colon cancer symptoms, it is necessary to consult a doctor in time and make a clear diagnosis under the doctor’s guidance so as to treat it actively.
