Coitus is a kind of strenuous exercise, during the exercise process, there is a possibility that sweat will enter into the eye, if strenuous exercise within a short period of time after the operation, the strenuous action may lead to IOL shift. Sweat entering the eye may lead to eye infection and poor wound healing. Therefore, patients are advised to avoid coitus within one month after surgery.
