Elevated glutamate transaminase is mainly seen in the following conditions: 1, acute viral hepatitis: it can be as high as 50-100 times the upper limit of normal, and elevated glutamate transaminase is more pronounced; 2, chronic viral hepatitis: transaminase is shown to be elevated or normal; 3, alcoholic hepatitis, drug-related hepatitis; 4, fatty liver, liver cancer and other non-viral liver diseases; 5, intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholestasis; 6, acute heart attack: glutamate transaminase can appear elevated; 7, other diseases: such as dermatomyositis, progressive myasthenia gravis, pulmonary infarction, infectious mononucleosis, transaminase can appear mildly elevated.
