Bloody douches last about 3-4 days after delivery, plasma douches last about 10 days, and white douches last about 3 weeks. When menstruation is about to return, most of them have already reached the stage of white, whitish color and thick consistency. The timing of the return of menstruation is related to breastfeeding. If breastfeeding is not practiced, menstruation usually returns 6-10 weeks after delivery; in breastfeeding mothers, menstruation returns on average 4-6 months after delivery, or even longer. Menstruation tends to be non-clotting blood-red fluid, with periods similar to previous periods.
