What does lymphogranuloma look like?

Lymphogranuloma, known as lymphogranuloma venereum, or inguinal lymphogranuloma, is characterized by swelling and pus in the inguinal lymph nodes, and in its advanced stages, it can lead to a number of serious complications, such as rectal stenosis and urethral stenosis. The causative agent of lymphogranuloma is Chlamydia lymphogranulomatosis, which is mainly caused by impure sexual intercourse and spread through sexual contact. The disease manifests itself primarily as swollen, pus-filled inguinal lymph nodes, and in advanced stages may include rectal strictures, urethral strictures, and cancer. The earlier the disease is detected, the better the treatment. Treatment is difficult after serious complications occur in the advanced stage and surgery is usually required. It is important to develop good habits in daily life and avoid unclean sexual intercourse.
