How to get rid of acne on the face

Treatment for acne includes applying medication, taking medication, physical therapy, and laser. Individualized treatment plans are developed based on acne grading and response to treatment. The grading of acne is mainly based on the rash pattern, not the area. A few patients may have only a few nodules and pustules on the face and back, but they are already grade 4. Some patients have whiteheads covered with acne on the face, but they can only be called grade 1 because of inflammatory changes. The first line of medication can be used for whiteheads, such as Daphne, which can be applied to the affected area once at night without exposure to UV light. The first line of medication is oral Tylenol, first 1-2 weeks to observe the efficacy, if the effect is good and can be tolerated, it is recommended to adhere to 3 months. Physical therapy such as red and blue light and fruit acid peeling can be used in combination. For stubborn acne, photorejuvenation and photodynamic can also be chosen. In life, pay attention to not eating sweet and greasy, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, do not stay up late, keep your bowels open, and just clean properly without over-cleaning to destroy the skin barrier.
